Jharkhand rakhsa shakti university does not give scholarships for upper class or to everyone.  This university majorly not provided scholarships for students but for sc , st and obc get admission through their certificate , they can get some relief in their marks and percentile.  And the lower class or SC, St , Obcs availed scholarships through  the jharkhand government for their studies .
