NIELIT Shimla, is providing training to candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC & Minorities communities of Himachal Pradesh, for different courses under the “Training and Proficiency in Computer Applications” scheme since 2007. Till date, about 4410 candidates had obtained training in different courses. It is the earnest endeavour of NIELIT to provide placements to successful candidates of these courses. After the completion of training/gaining proficiency in computer application the NIELIT ensures placement of at least 50% of the total passed candidates in private concern or other organization.
