The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Sc at Shri Govind Guru University are as follows:
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 with science stream from a recognized board.
- Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate in 10+2.

Yes, you can pursue B.Com eventhough you have no background in Maths, but need to score a minimum of 50% marks in 12th science. There are lot of colleges throughout India which accepts the students without maths background, so you can try getting admission in those colleges. You can research more about the institutes to choose according to the area of your interest.

You have scored less than 100 marks, so it is not possible to get government college. If you have scored above 50% in HSC and Intermediate, you can get a good private college with 90 marks in OUAT. However, I recommend you to apply for counselling so that you can get a good college.

For TS EAMCET, a total of 1,06,514 students have appeared for the exam. So, comparatively you have scored less marks. So, there is very less chance to get a free seat. However, you can try for management seat but you can't expect the good colleges.
