Yes if you are cable u can choose both at a time. It's better one from clg anf and another from distance education. Because both from clg or full time will won't possible

Yes u can choose and your eligible. In some private colleges and private universities directly u can get management seat by paying tuition fee. And coming to government universities u have to write PGCET entrance exam for M.Sc. Human genetics. If you get good score u get best universities in state wide.
