Yes, definitely you can get admission to Tezpur University without having mathematics in Common University Entrance Test CUET UG because mathematics is an optional subject while pursuing Bachelor's in Commerce Bcom and if you haven't opted for mathematics in your 12th then there is no need to opt it in CUET but if you took mathematics in your 12th then you must opt it in Common University Entrance Test CUET UG also.

It would be quite easy if you belongs to SC or ST cast at the marks or ranking. It is quite Easy to take admission, but if you belongs to OBC or any other caste, then it would not be so easy to get admission to JNU with CUETPG life Science marks.
You can try other Delhi University such as
Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI)

Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD)

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU)

IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University)

The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) Odisha releases question papers on its official website, chseodisha.nic.in. You can visit the “Examination” or “Downloads” section to find past-year papers and sample papers. Additionally, educational websites and coaching portals often upload PDF versions of solved and unsolved question papers for better preparation. Bookstores in Odisha also sell compiled sets of previous CHSE question papers with solutions. It is advisable to solve at least five years of previous papers to understand the exam pattern and important topics, especially for a subject like Physics.

Yes you can get admission in Delhi University even after you have not choose psychology as a subject in cuet.

The subject mapping is so impossible in du you have to choose those subjects only those were in your 12th only.

And 1 language and 3 domains from list b will be best to take admission in psychology (any subject you have in your 12th)

But relative to all subjects you need more marks in your cuet due to high competition in psychology courses thank you
