Yes, you can definitely do MSc in biology after completing BSc (ZBC) as it is also one of the best option for students to be the efficient biology professor because in M.Sc students can get deeper understanding of different biological sciences and also becomes specialised in particular interested areas.After completing M.Sc biology in any particular areas of biology, you have to clear NET (national eligibility test) conducted by university grants commission (UGC) to be accepted as an assistant professor

No, there is no problem if you are Science student and you don't want to pursue Science in future you are free to give CUET in humanities or even in any stream. CUET does not restrict you based on your stream . But, you should prepare accordingly as you have not studied humanities subjects from the basic.

No, If you didn't take Mathematics in your 12th standard you cannot apply for the undergraduate programme at IISc Banglore.
