It is quite difficult to find the university or college which allows a commerce stream studen to pursue B.Sc in physics. Usually colleges and universities allow students who have passed 10+2 with Science stream including subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology which is a common eligibility criteria but some of the colleges and universities allow students on the basis of Entrance exam based on Science subjects.

Currently, CUET primarily caters to admissions for BA, BSc, and BCom programs in central universities, not for B.Tech. Most government universities offering B.Tech require JEE Main or state-specific entrance exams. Some universities like Delhi University (DU), BHU, and Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) may adopt CUET for other programs, but B.Tech admissions are typically separate.

Therefore, while you can start planning and researching your college preferences after the answer key is released, the actual submission of these preferences will take place during the official counseling process post-result declaration.
