The courses of study and examinations are governed by the regulations of BFUHS and DCI.

The Classes for the failed/detained students start immediately after the declaration of the results. Attendance in these classes is compulsory. All failed/detained students are required to for class tests/ central tests as well as send up examinations to be eligible to appear in the next university examinations.

The eligibility criteria for a Master's degree in Forensic Science may vary depending on the course type and the individual college offering it, but the basic conditions remain the same, i.e.,

  • A bachelor's degree in BSc, BTech, etc., from a relevant discipline,

As far as my opinion stands, the scope of forensic science abroad is fairly decent. Many colleges offer programs with good facilities. Though the scope of a certain course highly depends on the area we're talking about. Students also tend to get greater international exposure if they choose this course abroad. But, do note that things like student loans, accommodation, and scholarships are to be taken care of on a prior basis.

Candidates must know that they need to follow the guidelines and instructions on the day of the OUAT Exam as mentioned below:

  • The exam will be conducted in a single sitting.  The candidate must appear for the entrance examination as per the scheduled time and date mentioned in his/her admit card.
