No, it is not necessary to appear for NEET to get admission to BSc Nursing. Many colleges conduct their own entrance exam for admission to BSc Nursing courses offered by them.
You can pursue Nursing right after your class 12 exam with 45% marks in Science (PCBE) from any recognised board. (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English). BSc Nursing is a Degree Course to pursue a career in Nursing. The course is divided into two parts- Basic and Post-Basic with a course duration of 4 and 2 years, respectively.

No you can't join Social Sciences Centre (M.S.W.) Bharati Vidyapeeth without appearing for the BVP CET for a PG Diploma

Yes, though Distance colleges offering Genetics courses are very limited in India. However, Madurai Kamaraj University in Madurai offers Diploma in Human Genetic Disorders. It is a PG Diploma course with 1-year duration and the course fee is INR 12,000.
