btech will be the best.
But after 10+2 the defence conducts NDA exam.
If u pass through this exam u can directly enter into any of the 3 forces after 10+2 as a lieutenant or some respectable posts.
U don't need to do btech for bsc for that.
But if u don't want NDA exam then go through btech stream and enter into the defence.

No, In MBBS, Physics and Chemistry are not there. But in order to get into MBBS, you need to score 55% minimum in aggregate in Physics Chemistry and Biology

Kindly don't be confused. If you are interested in making your career in finance line than go for commerce, or if you are good at science physics chemistry, you can go for Science.
