Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, also known as SGT University, is located in Gurugram, Haryana. The overall cutoff for HSTES in 2022 for the general category is 228-2192 rank. One should also have 45% marks in aggregate in 10+2 from a recognized board or university. The fee for B.Tech at SGT University is approximately 1.53 lakhs per year. To take BTech admission at SGT University applicants must pass Higher Secondary with at least 45% marks with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Biology. Then take the SGTU-CET entrance exam. 

Though your rank is very low for MBBS but since it is private college you can hope to get the seats in 3rd or mopup round. Many student leave the seats after 3 round if they get government college by chance so in that case you can get the seat in this college. Last year around 200 rank student get the seat in thus college. 

If a student is new to the campus away from home should always to connect new people around them and most imp. he or she should know the Student wellfare team for 24/7 support in any condition, there are no. of canteens, shopping complex if they need anything and there are study rooms in the hostels along with some recreational rooms and a tv room for your entertainment rest wardens and faculty is supportive you may directly reach them.

Faculty at SGT University Gurgaon has a very trained, professional faculty, friendly and have great knowledge of their subject. Faculty is experienced and have qualifications according to UGC guidelines. Most teachers in SGT University Gurgaon are extremely helpful, qualified and knowledgeable in their respective fields.

The best course at SGTU  is BDs & Mds as the dental collge is the oldest and well equiped hospital  along with best faculty other good to go courses are BRIT, MRIT, Pharmacy and fashion etc.

Student will get another chance for improvement in internals and if students fails in semester exam he or she has to apperar in Re examination. There is a provision of giving back exam just by filling the back paper.

In SGTU the result is decleared in SGPA (Semester Grade Point Average)

The SGPA is the ratio of sum of the product of the number of credits with the grade points scored by a student in all
the courses taken by a student and the sum of the number of credits of all the Courses undergone by a student, i.e.

 SGPA (Si) =∑ (Ci x Gi) /∑Ci

Ci = Course credits,
Gi = Grade point

I never suggest anyone to miss their internal or end term exams but if anyone can misses the interal exam in any situation the department gives every student an another chance to appear in second internal/sessional exam for the improvement and a chance for those who missed. As per the policy of the University best out of both the internal marks  will be recorded in the result.
