For 1,50,000 rank in JEE for OBC category, some good colleges are IIIT Una, NIT Mizoram, and NIT Meghalaya. These have okay placements, around 6 to 8 LPA for CSE. Fees are near 1.5 to 1.8 Lacs per year. Jadavpur University is also great, with very low fees and good packages. Some private options like LPU are also there with higher fees.
