Our education system is too old in which students just run for a job. Only a few of students get chance or follow their passion. Firstly, I hope you have learned a couple of other software to go with 3DS Max like Photoshop and InDesign as well.
If you have learned 3DS Max for animation then you can join animation studios.
If you do renders on 3Ds max then you can contact a lot of firms that are in need of 3D visuals, like architectural firms, interior designers, etc.
You can also become a teacher at a 3DS max teaching institute.
