Both SIBM - Pune and SCMHRD are good institutes. It is up to you to decide your preference based on factors such as your area of specialization, placements, infrastructure, etc. You can visit the respective official websites of the institute for placement reports, course structure and other details.

For the second one.
You will surely crack an exam without coaching. You just need to prepare well and have confidence within you. Remember, topper of IIT JEE is mostly from the non-coaching background, you can get motivation from there.

However the best possible way to make a choice would be to focus on previous placement records.
IIM's definitely has a better score in terms of overall placement as well the banking sector.Almost 25-30% placement from the IIM's batch is in the banking sector as compared to a 10-15% from NSU.
