PPL - PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE
CPL - COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENSE
They are all basically the stages through which a student pilot turns to a commercial pilot. All these licenses have different privileges and entitlements. They are mentioned in DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements. SPL is issued by the Flying Club where the candidate is enrolled, it allows the candidate to begin flying. Whereas PPL and CPL are issued by DGCA. They allow the pilot to fly for remuneration!

Hi,
Symbiosis is one of the finest colleges in the country for arts. I'm myself in the campus (school of economics) which shares the same land with the arts college. So, my feedback is going to be only about my college. College life is awesome in Symbi. Hands down, one of the best places to spend your early adulthood. You will meet people from every state and many international students too (mainly Afghans, Israelis, Iranians, Bhutanese, Nepalese and Nigerians).
