Yes you can change your college in second year of BBA degree. Most universities may allow change of college under extreme compassionate grounds. Changing colleges within same university is relatively a simple process in comparison to changing college under different universities. In order to execute change of college both colleges I. e. new college where you want to seek admission and from where you want to migrate must be ready and agree for transfer. Sometimes, college from which you migrate may ask for remaining two years tuition fee before agreeing for release as their BBA seat may go vacant. You are advised to first seek concurrence for admission in new college before you take Transfer Certificate from your existing college. Sometime, colleges may ask you to obtain University approval for transfer. This will make process complicated and time consuming.
