According to me, both the places are good. K. R. Mangalam University recently got an honor of the best university. It is consider to be one of the best university, and it offers Bachelors, Masters and doctor degree in the journalism and mass communication field. In terms of infrastructure, facilities related to this course the college is the best, however the placements are not considered to be good. On the other hand Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. It is good in terms of the fee structure, quality of education, infrastructure and facilities provided.

Whereas Technia Institute of Advanced Studies too offers 3-year B.J. M. C. programme with same eligibility criteria. No doubt it is affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University but it does not provide the facilities to the students. As per my knowledge both the colleges are not good for pursuing the course of journalism and mass communication because the help and facilities that should be provided are not the up to the mark.
