Not only should a TV correspondent be accurate (especially if he/she is LIVE) and have current affairs handy (which the print ones can still sit back and search on the internet before sending their final report), but also ensure excellent speaking skills.

I am not very sure whether one can get good placement opportunities after completing Masters in designing from State School of Design or not. You should do it from a place where it's worth paying fees and you can get to learn enough.If you want to do Bachelor's in designing only then there are much better colleges for it like NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology ), NID (National Institute of Design), IIT - CEED (Common Entrance Examination for Design). These colleges are design specialised and will give you better career opportunities. These all are government colleges and comes under top 50 design colleges all over the world. One can easily get a starting salary of around 3 LPA.I hope you will make a good decision.
