Yes, you can do short term animation course just after your B.Sc. It may be a Diploma or a certificate course. You can do it from any of the good Institute of your town. Or, you can do it from big Institutes across the country like arena animation.

From my opinion, you have to opt for MCA.
But after graduation, the best short-term course is

You can pursue B.A. In Film Making course as within 3 years with graduation you will be having knowledge about Film Making. It is a 3-year undergraduate course that is divided into 6 semesters.
