Hi,
There are several one year courses offered by several institutes in India and they are suitable for eco graduates. A computer Diploma course by NIIT and GNIIT which is a three year course by NIIT. There are other institutes which make step wise course for any eco graduate to become computer graduate.

Since you are undergoing MBA in HR & Mkt it would be advisable for you to pursue courses in the said domains itself. Some of the IT courses that you could explore are:
1. SAP in HR of any other well-known HRMS automation software
2. MS Office skills in Excel & power point to sharpen your presentation making skills
3. Digital marketing / social media marketing.

Hi Vidya, You can restart your career in fashion merchandising. For this, you do not need to do another course. Even if you have not worked for some time. Or I would suggest you should do graphic designing instead of CAD. CAD is inclusive in Graphuc Design. This will help you further in your Career. I recommend you first find a job (you will get it) and then do an additional course to enhance your profile.

Yes, there are many short-term (6 months) fashion related courses available and offered by top and medium ranked fashion institutes. This short term courses help those who are already working in fashion industry or who want to start up their small scale business. But to get a decent job you need to have at least a fashion degree or a diploma course of minimum 1 year.

Many institutes in India provide short term Fashion Designing Courses. It is for beginners and also, for fashion professionals who further want to enhance fashion skills. All Major Fashion Institutes and IGNOU also offers short-term fashion courses. The IGNOU Certificate in Fashion Design programme aims at preparing students for employability in the Indian apparel industry.
New Delhi: Candidates who have qualified 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or Class 12 will be admitted in this course which has been designed for a minimum 6 months and maximum 2 years.

Dear Manish Sharma,
You can pursue Executive Diploma in Business Analytics from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) along with TCS as an industry partner to offer this programme. Classes would be through class room, online sessions, lab work and a numerous applications and case discussions. The programme would be taught on Saturday and Sunday at LIBA campus, Chennai. Typically in a week end students would have to spend about five hours on Saturdays and three hours on Sundays. The classes will be held on Saturdays from 1.00 pm to 8.30 pm and Sundays from 9.00 am to 12.15 pm and 1.00 pm to 4.15 pm.
