Hi,
Courses like PG Diploma or Graduate Certificate in financial planning, international accounting and finance, etc. can be done. You may check for the certificates too. The exact course choice has to be done by you on the basis of your own interests and requirements.

Medical is a field requiring enough qualification and discipline particularly abroad. You will find certificate courses but after you complete your MBBS and MD. There are no short term courses on the whole unless you mention the area you want to focus in.

This will depend on what you want to do that is what kind of job you want to do.Its plain and simple, a personal choice. With a b.com degree I think you would like to do a course in accounting or finance. PG Diploma courses generally lasts for a year or so.
