The best institute for a short-term course for EAMCET are Hyderabad Academy which offer 40 days short-term course, Jannana Deepthi Trust which also offer short-term courses for the same.

Since you are a Mechanical Engineering student, so both the courses of Quality Assurance and Quality Control and also advance designing will be useful. It depends on your interest in which field you want to make your career I.e. pure technical or managerial.
