You need to research about the various Diploma courses available related to your field. These could be in management or technical. Once you have done it, look at their requirements and start preparing accordingly. For management, GMAT is a good option along with IELTS or TOEFL.

But, if you are facing some problems in your first year's engineering study I suggest you to do basic computer courses and computer languages course like C, C+, CCC, JAVA, etc.
If you are facing English language problem due to other medium student I would advise you to do spoken English course.
