After BE in mechanical, there are plenty of opportunities for short term courses in different specialities. Machine Design, Materials, engines, Automobile, but it all depends on your inclination. What's it that you want? Even course on 'Lean' will help you. I am sure you must be liking some subjects of graduation, it's better to specialisation in this only.

Can you specify why you dropped engineering and provide a short introduction about yourself? Also, specify your area of interest and why you looking only for a short-term programme.
