An MHCET Law cutoff score of 80-100 (out of 150) for the 3-year LL.B. and 90-110 for the 5-year course is usually required at Sinhgad Law College, depending on categories.
Cutoffs for the general category are higher, while those for SC/ST are low, around 60-80. The cutoffs for 2025 would depend on the performance of the applicants and shall be published at the time of CAP counseling.

Registration from January to March is typical for Sinhgad Law College's LL.B. programme for the year 2025 MHCET Law. This 3-year LL.B. examination is conducted usually in April, while the 5-year exam is conducted in May.

After that are the results in June and then CAP counseling. The exact dates change yearly, so the candidates must check DTE Maharashtra's official portal for the 2025 schedule to keep the application timely.

Yes, Sinhgad Law College does provide scholarships, government schemes for SC/ST, OBC, and economically weaker sections providing partial tuition. Merit scholarships are also given to LL.B. students who excel on the basis of performance in academics and MHCET Law.
Interested candidates can apply to the college's scholarship office submitting all relevant documents such as mark sheets, income certificates, etc. Enforcement of the same is then contingent upon verification by the authorities and subject to availability of funds.

Sinhgad Law College has extracurriculars for aspiring lawyers in the form of moot court competitions, legal aid camps, and debate clubs that allow for practical legal application. Cultural clubs for drama and music; sports clubs; and National Service Scheme (NSS) activities for students aid in their holistic development.

Moreover, annual fests and seminars become a breeding ground for networking and skills. Given that it is moderate compared to the bigger ones, such a cluster of activities certainly adds to the professional growth and leadership development of law students.

Sinhgad Law College is fairly considered as good and is affiliated to SPPU and recognised by the Bar Council of India. It runs strong LL.B. from the experienced faculty and good infrastructure.
Placements are moderate, with placements to the law firms and corporate legal positions. Students rate all three out of 5 for curriculum and extra-curriculars, but a few feel that it could have done better as far as placement support and facilities are concerned.
