Hi,
Different universities have different eligibility criteria for MSW course.
The minimum eligibility criteria is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and Candidates having a Bachelors in social work are given preference over others.

Yes, you can definitely take admission in Bachelors in Social Work (BSW) course if you are not from arts stream.
Different universities have different admission criteria, some take students based on your 12th class marks and some conduct their own written admission test.
Bachelor of social work is a good course and nowadays there are many scopes of this course and if you want to join this course then you have to do it.
