Hi,
Yes, this is the criteria that if you change your stream your some percentage will be deducted. Eligibility % would be aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects.
Environmental Education (ISC), Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Painting, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Home Science, Engineering Drawing and all other vocational subjects are not considered as elective subjects.

For admission in Master of Social Work, you need to have minimum 50% marks. The final admission is based on the percentage secured in graduation.

Hello Misbah,
The UGC NET is a national level exam which is conducted for the JRF and lectureship at the university level. The NET exam is conducted twice a year. To prepare for the NET Exam check out some tips:

Hello, hope you are doing well. I appreciate your thought for doing social work. You should start participating in college social clubs, actively participated in social events happening in city, do some internship with NGO or other social cause organization. Search for the available vacancies in this organization and apply for full time job, and do your work.

There are only two colleges which offer BA honours in social work which are affiliated to DU, those colleges are
1) Aditi Mahavidyalaya
2) Bhim Rao Ambedkar College
