At least, a first class is required for getting into one of the known Canadian universities. The colleges under SPP requires at least 50%. However, 55% is recommended for international students. You may check SPP college options on the basis of your grades.

The short answer is YES. However you should look for executive MBA as you might not get good placement post regular MBA. All IIMs offer executive MBA and general placement is also really good. Alternatively you can apply to ISB or other institute that require GMAT score.
