Hi,
There is good scope in the field only if it matches your interest and skills. If it matches, then you must opt for it.
* Jobs in government sector after computer engineering are :
- Graduates can work with different government companies such as DRDL, ISRO, ONGC, HCL, ISRO, ECIL and BEL.
- They can also attend competitive exams conducted by UPSC, SSC etc.
- The job profiles offered in public sector is much similar to that in private sector enterprises. The main advantage of government, sector job is that it provides job security.

As you are pursuing your B.com so i guess you should go for M.com as there is a large scope in its masters degree.Post graduates in M.com can look for jobs in private as well as in public sectors. Jobs offered here are very challenging itself and mostly will be in the field of commerce only.
