Computer Science is the study of computation. It informs how we create software (ideally). Topics might be: Complexity, algorithms, models of computation, automation. It is arguably a branch of discrete mathematics, and builds upon set theory, logic, etc.
Computer Engineering is studying how computing machines are built. It informs how we build hardware. Topics might be: Hardware architectures, gates, instruction set design, digital communication. It overlaps digital electronics and physics.
Software engineering is partially about understanding how to apply the knowledge gained from studying Computer Science to building products. It's also about understanding how to design, maintain, and manage large pieces of software, how to properly manage a release cycle, knowing the relevant tool chain (from shell commands down to programming languages and operating systems), etc.

All the three courses are good , but i would suggest you to make this decision as you are the right judge for this depending upon your interest, I can only provide with the related information about the course.

Nitin, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are lregistered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. Wish you the best for your career. Switching careers is not advisable, specially when you have been associated in this industry since past 3 years.
If the student is interested in taking his career forward, eligibility for postgraduate programmes will be on the basis of a bachelor's degree in (B.E/B.Tech) or any other equivalent branches of engineering. The duration for this course is two years.
However, you can pursue some technical courses in Design like CADD

The minimum eligibility to pursue Bachelors in Software Engineering is to pass the higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry. For IITs, It is mandatory to qualify in the Joint Entrance Examinations (J.E.E). The duration for this course is 4 years.

Hi Bhaskar!
My honest suggestion to you would be to pursue what your heart says and do it with full confidence and zeal.
However, I sure would like to point a few things that could act as a hurdle for you while pursuing software engineer but trust me if you want to have it, you will easily break the barrier.
In regards to this please find my comments below:
1. Had you been from Mathematics background, the journey to become a software engineer could have been a lot easier. Please note that I have spoken to a lot of software engineers and most of them say they never use their maths skills as a software engineer. But one of my engineer friends put it very nicely. He said maths as a subject is not essential to be a software engineer but the skills that you develop while solving complex mathematics problem goes a long way in helping you become a good software engineer.
2. People/Companies are more comfortable hiring a software engineer with a technical (engineer) background. You being from a commerce background will be a few steps behind the technical guys. But as I said, If you have what it takes no one can stop you from winning the race. So what if you are a few steps behind.
3. MBA as an option will help you to be at par with other guys (you wont be a few steps behind as before) but if this does not interest you then don't go for it.
4. If you are neutral between the two, I would suggest keep both your options open and appear for MBA entrance exams as well. If you get into a renowned college, I am sure you will have second thoughts about pursuing software engineering course. Appearing for CAT or any other exam will only increase your knowledge.
