The total fee of the IIIT Sonepat BTech course is INR 7.2 lakh. The PhD fee is around INR 1.4 lakh. IIIT Sonepat offers BTech course in Computer Science and Technology and Information Technology.

IIIT Sonepat offers a full-time BTech programme for four years. The programme is offered in CSE and Information Technology. IIIT Sonepat also provides PhD course and the duration of the course is for two years.
