No, you can't do both simultaneously. Candidates can pursue a sports course after 12. There are various courses offered in the field such as B.Sc. Sports Science, BBA Sports Management, Bachelor of Sports Management and much more.

To become a sports physiotherapist you should have taken the Science PCB stream in +2. You can do a Master of Sports Management, MBA in Sports Management, PG Diploma in sports management any one of these to pursue a career in sports. Hope this answer helps.
