The state universities determine this. For instance, Delhi University does not exempt intercollegiate sports certificates from admission trials for sports quota admission. On the other hand, if the organisation is the national association of universities, Jamia will accept a Certificate for collegiate sports. You can check with the college you're applying to for admission. Some colleges may consider intercollegiate sports Certificate admission.

Yes, you can give preference during registration for the Common Seat Allocation System of Delhi University. However, the final allotment will be decided by the admission authorities at Delhi University. The process is simple;
You have to register on the CSAS for admission to DU with your sport category. During the application process, you have to give your preference for courses. Then, as per the availability of seats, the seats will be allocated. Therefore, you can give your preference, but final admission will be done by DU.

Hello
Delhi Technical University(DTU) does have an Indoor Badminton court.
There are total 5 badminton courts in my college equipped with every facility required and coach as well. The college also organizes badminton tournaments for the students with cash prizes honestly this is the best part of the college.
