- Electronics and Communication Engineering : 45,000
- Mechanical Engineering : 60,000

The faculty have quite knowledgeable teachers with lots of experience in specific subject. The teaching style is good and easily understandable for students. The faculty help the students in all possible ways and they are quite approachable. They clarify students doubt at any time.

This college has good infrastructure and a good atmosphere. The college provide open Wi-Fi facility for student. The campus environment is quite cool. The teachers are quite educated and knowledgeable. This college only have girls hostel and not boys. The hostel is completely free. The canteen food is good and it also have a Big playground.
It also have a Big library with quite lots of books.

To apply for Sree Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology and Science you can take KCET ( Karnataka Common Entrance Test) or COMED-K (Consortium of Management of Private Colleges in Karnataka).
To be eligible for admission in SVITS, Mahabubnagar, you must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics as one of the subjects, or have a Diploma form a AICTE approved institute.
For KCET, it held in the month of April every year. Karnataka domicile students can apply for the test and 45% of the seats are filled through KCET.
For COMED-K, it held in the month of May every year. Both Karnataka and Non-Karnataka students can appear for the test a
