Yes, you can join Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College (SREC) for B.Tech without JEE. SREC accepts the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counseling process for admission to B.Tech programs. 

To be eligible for B.Tech at SREC, you must have:
