Yes, the SRM Institute of Science and Technology does accept the GATE scores for SRMJEEE PG admission. The institute will start the registration process for M.Tech admission in November. The application form will be available for three phases. To apply, candidates must visit the official website and fill out the application form.

The eligibility criteria for SRMJEEE PG M.Tech in VLSI Design is as follows -
- Candidates must have completed BE/BTech in ECE/EEE/EIE/CSE/IT or MSc (Electronics/Applied Electronics) or MSc (Physics- Specialisation in Electronics) or its equivalent with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% from a recognised institute or university.

The SRMJEEE PG 2025 application form for Phase II and III are now available on the website. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can visit the official website to apply. The SRMJEEE PG 2025 exam will be conducted in three phases (online). The deadline to submit the SRMJEEE PG form for phase I was March 10, 2025, and the exam was held on March 15, 2025.

The conducting body mentions about the marking scheme on the official website. For each correct answer, three marks will be awarded. However, there is no negative marking for incorrect answer. The examination scheme for the SRMJEEE PG exam is as follows-
The mode of the examination is online, with a duration of 150 minutes.
The mode of language of the question paper is English.
Questions will be asked in multiple-objective format.
There will be a total of 100 questions comprising mathematics and subject-specific questions.
For each correct answer, three marks will be awarded. However, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

The exam for SRMJEEE M.Tech will be conducted online. Every student will be given objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on the computer screen. The exam will be conducted in three phases and will be remote-proctorode based. Candidates are advised to go through the pattern carefully before attempting the exam.
