The SRMJEEE PG criteria for M.Tech in Structural Engineering course is as follows -
- B.E/BTech in Civil Engineering/Civil Infrastructure Engineering/Civil with Computer Applications/Structural Engineering/Architectural Engineering or its equivalent degree with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% from a recognised university or instiutute.
Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for SRMJEEE PG application form. The mode of the application form is online and must be submitted before the due date.

Yes, the SRM Institute of Science and Technology does accept the GATE scores for SRMJEEE PG admission. The institute will start the registration process for M.Tech admission in November. The application form will be available for three phases. To apply, candidates must visit the official website and fill out the application form.

The eligibility criteria for SRMJEEE PG M.Tech in VLSI Design is as follows -
- Candidates must have completed BE/BTech in ECE/EEE/EIE/CSE/IT or MSc (Electronics/Applied Electronics) or MSc (Physics- Specialisation in Electronics) or its equivalent with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% from a recognised institute or university.

The SRM Institute of Science and Technology is responsible to conduct SRMJEEE PG exam. The entrance test is done in three phases in remote proctor mode. Students can apply at smrist.edu.in.

The SRMJEEE PG 2025 application form for Phase II and III are now available on the website. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can visit the official website to apply. The SRMJEEE PG 2025 exam will be conducted in three phases (online). The deadline to submit the SRMJEEE PG form for phase I was March 10, 2025, and the exam was held on March 15, 2025.

The conducting body mentions about the marking scheme on the official website. For each correct answer, three marks will be awarded. However, there is no negative marking for incorrect answer. The SRMJEEE PG question paper will have a total of 100 questions. The questions will be asked in multiple objective-type. Each question will have four options, out of which only answer will be correct.

A total of 100 questions are asked covering mathematics and subject-specific questions.
