SSC has not announced ssc chsl exam date for 2019 till know. As per the sources they will release the notification regarding this in March 2019. Tier 1 is online and the rest of the two are offline.

Hi, you must have at least 18 years old at the time of appointment for SSC CHSL. So, you are not eligible for this, because you would be at 17 years old for CHSL 2019. Do try for 2020 or 2021.
