Yes, you can. SSC CHSL is a national level exam and can be filled anywhere. Just remember your Permanent and Correspondence address and choice of center while filling the form.

For general candidates, 143.5 are the minimum Cut-off marks for SSC CHSL.

Hi,
All candidates must be minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on August 1, 2019 to fulfill CHSL age criteria. This means that candidates who are born not before August 2, 1991 and not later than August 1, 2000 are eligible to appear for SSC CHSL 2019 exam. https://www.shiksha.com/exams/ssc-chsl.

Hi,
All candidates can download their SSC CGL 2018 admit card from the official websites of regional/ sub-regional office of the commission under whose jurisdiction the exam centre opted by the candidate is located. The admit cards are usually made available at least two weeks before the exam.
