According to SSC CHSL eligibility criteria, candidates applying for the exam must be 18 years to 27 years and have passed 10+2/HSC. SSC CHSL conduct the examination based on class 10th syllabus.
Syllabus:
SSC CHSL 2019 syllabus is not out yet.
However, candidates can go through CHSL 2018 syllabus below for reference:

Subject Syllabus
General Intelligence
