Hi,
Both are same and you must fill-up the form I.e, application only once and you'll obtaine a user id and password. You can relogin again and should apply through this id for further notifications.

All candidates must be minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on August 1, 2019 to fulfill CHSL age criteria. This means that candidates who are born not before August 2, 1991 and not later than August 1, 2000 are eligible to appear for SSC CHSL 2019 exam. Hence you can apply for SSC CHSL 2019.

This means that the candidates who are born not before August 2, 1991 and not later than August 1, 2000 are eligible to appear for SSC CHSL 2019 exam. However, it may be noted that age relaxation is also given to different reserved category candidates as mentioned below:
Category Age Relaxation:
SC/ ST 5 years
OBC 3 years
Persons with Disabilities (PwD) 10 years
PwD + OBC 13 years
PwD + SC/ ST 15 years
