Candidates have the facility to edit SSC CPO application form. To edit the application form, candidates need to login using registration number and password. Candidates need to then click on ‘Modify Registration’ tab and make necessary changes. Candidates should take care while editing the entries in the basic details part. If the SSC CPO application form status is showing incomplete after making one payment, it means that fee is not received by the Commission from the Bank. Status of fee payment can be verified at the ‘Payment Status’ or ‘Double Verification of Payment’ links provided in the candidate’s login screen. Candidates can wait for two to three days and re-check. In case, payment status is still incomplete, they can check their bank accounts for refund of fee amount. SSC CPO application fee is INR 100 for General and OBC candidates. All female candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Schedule Tribe, Persons with benchmark Disabilities (Divyangjans) and ExServicemen candidates eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee. The file sizes should be as given below.

  • The digital size of the file of the photographs must be more than 4 kb and less than 12 kb with resolution of 100 pixel width and 120 pixel height
  • The signature must be uploaded in jpg format. The digital size of the signature file must be more than 1 kb and less than 12 kb with resolution of 40 pixel width by 60 pixel height
