You are eligible to apply. However, the chance of selection depends also on your performance in personal interview and essay writing. The institute also provides scope for you to improve your entrance score by applying to May MAT.

You are eligible to apply based on your CMAT score. Your chances for admission also depend on your consistent academic performance and personal interview.

Dear Joginder, we appreciate your consistent good performance in academics. However, your aptitude test marks are far below our cut-off marks. You could enroll for February MAT and try to improve your score. We do have a second round of admissions in the month of March. You could apply then.

SJIM has an excellent record of placements and placement support system. 2017 batch has recorded 96% placements.

The first round of admissions will be open till February and the second round of admissions will be open till March 2018. Applicants should clear the backlogs before the commencement of the course. The admission committee will also study the causes of the backlog.

The institute MAT cutoff for 2018 admission is composite score of 550. Though there is no cut-off prescribed for CAT/XAT, a good score will be given preference.

SJIM (formerly SJCBA) is an autonomous institution under AICTE. It is not under Bangalore University.
