Yes, along with national-level entrance exams, GIBS also has its own assessment called GOET. If a student doesn't have a strong score in exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, etc., GIBS gives another chance through GOET. This assessment checks your basic aptitude, communication, and interest in management, not just marks.
So overall, GIBS accepts national exam scores and also conducts its own assessment (GOET) to make the admission process flexible, fair, and student-friendly.

If you wish to be considered for the GIBS Business School admission process for the 2025/2026 session, using MAT, CMAT, CAT, XAT, or any of the other entrance exams accepted by GIBS Business School, you must complete the application form and submit it with your MAT or CMAT scores and all other required documents before the official application closing date. It is important to note that for all PGDM and MBA/BBA programmes the latest date to submit your online application is generally 23rd December 2025. Yes, the institute offers good placement opportunities to the MBA students. As per the prospectus 2026, the highest package offered to the MBA students passing out in 2025 was INR 30 LPA. The average package offered was INR 10.46 LPA. The overall placement rate recorded for the academic year 2024-25 was 100%.
