The pattern for M.Com entrance exam is completely multiple choice questions of 100 marks. Syllabus for M.Com (specialisation in accounting and finance):-
1) Accounting and finance-40 marks.
2) Economics-20 marks.
3) Maths and statistics-20 marks (minimum 10 must be scored).
4) English-20 marks.

If you have Maths and English in class 11th and class 12th, then you can give a shot. This is the main criteria of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
Rest, depends on your marks as the cut offs are pretty high.

Yes, you are eligible for admission in St. Xaviers, Ranchi for BA English. Minimum eligibility to pursue this course is that candidate should have cleared class 12 exams with Mandatory Subject : English. Admissions are based on marks obtained in 10+2. No, as you said that you are already pursuing, you don't need to give any entrance exam.

Yes, except for arts subjects like English, Hindi, Maths is compulsory. Yes, for admission in B.Com or BBA or any Science stream. However, in mass communication and B.M.M, you don't need maths.

The medium of study in SXCKOL is English except for very few subjects and department. Biotechnology department does not offer the course in English only.
And I don't think there are many colleges which will offer it in Hindi.
Anyway, try to find one.
