The highest package in Stanford University for a computer Science engineer can vary from year to year and from company to company. Top offers, however, at leading tech companies like Google, Apple, Facebook, and Microsoft would be about $200,000 to $350,000 annually, including base salary, bonuses, and stock options. In some cases, startups or venture-backed firms may offer even higher compensation packages. Students with advanced skills or who are in specialty roles like machine learning or AI may command higher salaries. These figures are based on general market trends and individual negotiation.

Students must perform extremely well in academic as well as non-academic factors to increase their chances of selection. Some crucial factors include the rigor of secondary school records, class rank, academic GPA, recommendation, application essay, extracurricular activities, and more.
