To get a Mode of Instruction (MOI) letter for higher studies outside, you must approach your college or university's academic office or registrar. File a formal request, either handwritten or through an online platform, specifying your intention for higher education. You must attach supporting documents like degree certificates, transcripts, and proof of identity. Some colleges ask for a minimal fee for processing. After approval, the university will send a signed letter stating your mode of instruction (English or otherwise). The processing time differs, so apply early to not delay your application for study abroad.
