Yes, international students can apply for summer semester in Germany. Usually, German universities accept international applications in two major intakes: Summer (Mar/Apr start) intake and Fall (Aug/Sep start) intake. Note that Fall intake are open for most of the courses. However, Summer intakes are open for selective courses only.
