There are two intakes for Fairfield University admissions which are Fall and Spring. Typically, the Fall intake begins in late August, whereas the Spring semester begins in January.

The GPA requirements at WVU varies for different courses, with the minimum GPA required for undergraduate admissions being 2.5 on a 4.0. scale. Some courses require a GPA of 3.0. or more for a seat.
Some admissions are also granted on a GPA of 2.0., depending on how well a candidate performs as part of a holistic assessment of its application & CV by the institute.
Students interested in merit-based scholarships need to maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75 or higher, however, the institute does take into account some other factors such as past academic & non-academic achievements.

R1 universities are known for a high volume of research activity & expenditure. The institute granted more than 200 doctoral degrees & spent over USD 246 million on research based activity in the year 2023, of which USD 100 million came from federal agencies.

The West Virginia University tuition costs varies with course level & specialisation. The cost of an UG Engineering programme is around INR 19.35 L-INR 22.98 L, while that of an MS programme is around INR 20.47 L-INR 26.29 L.
Other than the tuition costs, there are certain expenses associated with student accommodation & living in West Virginia over the duration of studies such as: rent, utilities, public transport, food, medical bills & some miscellaneous expenses that students must thoroughly plan for before embarking on their educational journey.

The cost of a Master of Business Administration programme at WVU is around INR 31.69 L, while a BBA program costs around INR 22.98 L.
