Yes, GRE registration is generally open year-round for the General Test. All you need to do is, select the suitable date of GRE and test centre. Your registration depends on slot availability at your chosen test center.

Scholarships at Edmonds College are offered in the form of tuition fee waivers to international students. These scholarships are as follows:
OIP New Student Scholarship applicant ($1,000)-
- Must be a first-time Edmonds College student and must be enrolled in a full-time programme at Edmonds College.
- Must submit their unofficial transcript in English from the last school attended showing at least one term of grades with a minimum 3.3 GPA.
OIP Current Student Merit Scholarship applicant ($300)-

Living on campus provides students with many unique opportunities to develop friendships, engage in student-led activities, and grow academically and personally while being supported by Edmonds College Housing staff and campus resources. The estimated cost of on-campus for food and housing is around $17,889 for an academic year.
Students living off campus can have more privacy. But they have to make arrangements for everything. Students living off campus have to commute which can be costly and time consuming.

The fees ranges from 21000 to 60000 per year. It depends on state to state for B.Ed.
Mostly State Colleges are cheaper than the Private Universities. So check your state college website respectively for better understanding.
