International students must fulfill the basic eligibility including proof of high school completion and a UG degree from a recognised university or equivalent for the ug and pg courses respectively. Along with the basic eligibility students must submit some required documents asked by the university. The requirements to join MO State is mentioned below:

While applying international students are required to pay non refundable application fee which is INR 3.3K. Students must meet eligibility by providing proof of high school and submitting needed documents such as transcript, ACT or SAT and some other program specific requirement.
